Insurance Services: "Property - All Risks" and "Business Interruption" The contracting authority takes out general insurance in connection with its activities in the city of Sofia and on the territory of the entire concession area, as follows: Property - all risks for Material Damage and Business Interruption, incl. Sabotage and terrorism. Property insurance - all risks and business interruption includes: Material damage - insurance must cover all risks of direct physical loss or damage from any kind, including earthquake, breakdown (accident) of machinery and electronic equipment, operator error, as well as sabotage and terrorism, according to the terms of the contract. Upon the occurrence of an insured event, the burden of proof, in the event that it falls under the excluded risks, is the responsibility of the Insurer. Business interruption (loss of income) - the insurance must cover every single event covered under the item Material damage, which led to a loss of income and an increase in costs for the activity, including as a result of machine breakdown and terrorism, according to the terms of the contract.
