Tender Details

The subject of the public procurement is the provision of insurance services for the needs of "Irrigation Systems" EAD and its branches. The awarding of this public procurement aims to provide the following insurance services for the needs of central management and the branches of "Irrigation Systems" EAD:

1.4.1. Casco insurance of motor vehicles owned by "Irrigation Systems" EAD - 27 items;

1.4.2. Insurance "Civil liability with included accident insurance for seats in motor vehicles" according to Art. 461, item 1 regarding item 10.1, section II, letter "A" of Annex No. 1 of the Code ofinsurance (KZ) (amended and supplemented SG No. 85 of October 10, 2023) - 443 issues;

1.4.3. "Compulsory occupational accident insurance" insurance for the employees of "Irrigation Systems" EAD according to the Ordinance on compulsory insurance of workers and employees for the risk of "occupational accident" adopted by PMSNo. 24 of 6.02.2006, promulgated, SG No. 5 of 19.01.2010, add. DV. No. 19 of March 2, 2018 - 1, 419 persons;

1.4.4. Insurance "Professional liability of the participants in the design and construction" under Art. 171 of the Territorial Planning Act (ZUT) and according to the Ordinance on the terms and conditions for theliability insurance in design and construction adopted with PMS No. 38 of 24.02.2004

1.4.5. "Fire and natural disaster" insurance of real estate owned by "Irrigation Systems" EAD - 51 sites.
