Lot n°1: General Civil Liability Insurance Lot No. 2: Environmental Civil Liability Insurance The purpose of this consultation is the subscription and management of insurance contracts guaranteeing Civil Liability (Lot n°1 RC) of the company Le Thermopôle as part of the exercise of all of its activities, as well as coverage for damage caused to the environment (Lot n°2 RCAE). The contract is broken down into two (2) separate lots, awarded according to a negotiated procedure. with prior competitive bidding (articles L. 2124-3 and R. 2124-3 of the Public Procurement Code) Coverage for operational, professional, employer and post-delivery/after works civil liability. This involves guaranteeing Le Thermopôle against financial consequences of bodily, material and immaterial damage (consecutive or not) caused to third parties during or on the occasion of its activities. The market also includes defense and appeal services. Coverage of consequences financial linked to environmental damage, accidental or gradual pollution caused by the sites operated or the activities of the organization. The lot includes covering the costs of prevention, neutralization, cleaning, soil and water depollution (on site and off site), as well as coverage of ecological damage (Biodiversity Law No. 2016-1087) and emergency intervention costs.
