Tender Details

The subject of the contract is the provision of insurance services for a period of 24 months from the entry into force of the framework agreement in the scope of:

- Travel insurance.

Detailed description, specification and scope of performance of the subject of the contract is given in the tender documents and in the proposal of the Framework Agreement.

The justification is not divideddivision of the subject of the contract into parts:

The subject VO is a repetition of one of the parts of the previous assignment of an over-limit contract, therefore it is not possible to divide the subject of this contract further.

The request for the subject of the contract has a complex nature in the provision of services, resulting from the identified needsof the procuring entity in relation to ensuring the effectiveness of achieving the specified purpose of the awarded contract. From the description of the subject of the contract, it follows that the scope of the travel insurance is intended for the same target group. The subject of the order consists of performance of the same nature, i.e. fulfillments that svoby nature (character) they are related to each other, the structure of the supply chain is the same, for this reason the contracting authority did not divide the subject of the contract into parts.
