1. The subject of the contract is the insurance of property interests of the Kłodzko District. The subject of the contract has been divided into the following two parts:

1.1. Part I: Property and civil liability insurance of the Kłodzko Poviat. The scope of insurance includes:

1) property insurance against all

2) insurance of electronic equipment against all risks,

3) third party liability insurance,

4) insurance of machines and devices against all risks.

1.2. Part II: Insurance of motor vehicles of the Kłodzko Poviat. ) compulsory insurancethird party liability insurance for motor vehicle owners,

2) motor vehicle damage and loss insurance,

3) personal accident insurance for the driver and passengers,

4) non-contributory Assistance insurance (if the contractor has one),

5) Green Card insurance.
