Tender Details

1. The subject of the contract is the service of property and civil liability insurance as well as the communication insurance for the city of Łomża and municipal organizational units.

2. Entities covered by insurance:

City of Łomża and organizational units in accordance with Annex 6 to SWZ - ListInsured, including all units newly created or transformed during the performance of the contract for the performance of the contract.

3. These proceedings have been divided into two parts.

4. Description of individual parts of the order:

1) Part I - Property and civil liability insurance calledNext "Part I".

The subject of the order in Part I includes the following types of insurance:

a. Property insurance against all risks;

b. Electronic equipment insurance against all risks;

c. Civil liability insurance;

D. Machine insurance against damage;

e. Insurancetreatment costs outside the Republic of Poland;

f. Compulsory civil liability insurance for vehicle ownersmechanical;

b. Autocasco insurance;

c. Insurance of the unfortunate of the driver and passengers;

D. Assistance insurance.

5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes: for parts I - Annex 5 and 5a to SWZ, for Part II - Annex 5 and 5b to SWZ.
