1. The subject of the award with this order is "Insurance for the needs of the Customs Agency".
The purpose of this order is to provide insurance services related to the conclusion of insurance, by providing insurance protection on property and non-property interests of the Agency "Customs", in its capacity as the Contracting Authority, by assuming the risk of the occurrence of insurance events, according to the terms of this documentation.
The subject of this public procurement is divided into three separate positions, as follows:
• Special position No. 1 - "Insurance of real estate properties, buildings and property of the "Customs" Agency;
• Special position No. 2 - "Insurance "General civil liability to third parties" of the CML Directorate and Ruse Customs Laboratory"
• Special position No. 3 - "Travel assistance insurance" for employees of the Customs Agency
2. Predictive value
21, para. 2 and 3 of the ZOP as of the date of its opening and, in compliance with the rules of Art. 1 of the Civil Code and Art. 27 of the PPZOP is in the amount of BGN 266, 000.00 (two hundred and sixty-six thousand) BGN, including VAT.
The predicted ones values of the individual separate items are as follows:
