The assignment includes the provision of insurance services for the municipal council and the OCMW of Ingelmunster as described in the technical provisions of these specifications and inventory. The object is to take out insurance policies for Personal Insurance, Material Damage Insurance, Liability Insurance, Raft Insurance in the first lot and Hospitalization Insurance in the second lot of the assignment. Pursuant to Article 47 of the Act of 17 June 2016, the municipality acts as the contracting authority for both authorities.
