The Hama Health Directorate would like to announce a request for tenders for the second time as quickly as possible to secure the following medical equipment:
Type of device, initial insurance/SAR, implementation period
Two CR digital radiography machines 144, 000 45 days
Endoscopic lithotripsy device, one number 231, 000 45 days
Semi-rigid ureteroscope device, one number 297, 000 45 days
One audiogram device, 18, 000, 45 days
Crystalloemulsification device (ophthalmic phaco), one number: 72, 000, 45 days
Three pipe bender devices 27, 000 45 days
Three laboratory microscope devices 23, 000 45 day
Final deposit: 10% of the referral value
Delay fine: one per thousand for each day of delay
Duration of the bidder's commitment to his offer: sixty days from the date of the end of submitting bids
Duration of the nominated contractor's commitment to his offer: ninety days from the date of his notification of the referral in accordance with the provisions of Article 25 of Law No. 51 of 2004.
