The expiry of group insurance policies on December 31 2026 requires the establishment of a framework agreement with an insurance brokerage and consulting firm to provide the following services:
•Information and advice on trends and developments in the insurance market both in terms of capacity and price;
•Information and advice relating to the elements necessary for the assessment of risk by insurers;
•Optimization of solutions and resources and insurance or risk transfer arrangements;
•Assistance in the implementation, renewal and placement of the aforementioned arrangements;
•Management of the insurance program and disaster management assistance;
•Management and advice regarding the management of any disaster related to the market;
•Continuous monitoring of regulatory provisions and their possible developments in relation to the risks insured throughout the life of the market.
