1. The Quirino Memorial Medical Center (QMMC) intends to procure Insulin Glargine pen 100 iu/ml, 3ml dial in dose, push button injection products for the QMMC with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of NINE HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED PESOS (Php 998, 200.00).
2. The QMMC Bids and Award Committee (BAC) now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the said project.
3. The Procurement procedure for this requirement is Negotiated Procurement for Two- Failed Bidding pursuant to Section 53.1 of 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
