Insulation and replacement of the roof covering of the grain warehouse at the School Complex of the Agricultural Education Center. W. St. Reymont in DobryszyceThe scope includes, among others: demolition works (roofing with karpiwka tiles, battens, sheet metal flashings, gutters and downpipes, soffit, lightning protection installation), inspection and biological and fire protection of the existing wooden roof truss, construction of full formwork, initial covering layer of roofing felt, counterbatt and batts, new covering of ceramic carp tiles arranged in a double lace pattern, sheet metal flashings, roof drainage and wooden soffit, work on oxeye dormers, insulation of the roof with mineral wool (10 cm + 16 cm) along with vapor barrier and plasterboard construction, attic ventilation and construction of a new lightning protection and grounding installation. The building is included in the Municipal Register of Monuments of the Dobryszyce Commune, the works should be carried out while maintaining the historical form of the roof.
