Tender Details

The subject of the performance of the public contract is the supply of the following devices (medical equipment defined by the contracting authority): • Part 1 VZ - Magnetotherapy device with applicators • Part 2 VZ - Device for lymphatic drainage with accessories •Part 3 VZ - Motomed do beds •Part 4 VZ - Motomed HKK and DKK with a guarantee of min. 24 months, including assembly, installation and commissioning of the delivered equipment (if a specific item requires installation and commissioning), demonstration of functionality and operator training, to the extent of Annex No. 1 entitled "Technical description of the device" processed in 1/2026, with the aim of equipping the workplace of the contracting authority/buyer with a new, non-refurbished and unused medical device of an instrumental nature with a year of manufacture no older than 2025 and with a minimum period of usability of the device 10 years. The detailed scope of the subject matter of the awarded public contract is stated in the terms and conditions (in the draft Purchase Agreement and Service Agreement - see Annexes No. 1a + 1b of Volume 3 of the procurement documentation).
