Tender Details

The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration (FVST) exercises daily control, guidance and preparedness in relation to food and the veterinary field. For the past eleven years, FVST has worked with a common ambition to implement teams throughout the agency, where it makes sense for the task solution. The team culture must in future hoContinue with basic team training and team refresher, both in terms of employee and management teams. The objective is that the manager and employee teams are well-functioning and co-leaders. HR has developed and rolled out a basic concept as the framework for a common team understanding. This concept will mainly fastset the framework for the way in which team development must be worked on in the future. FVST has so far solved the task of implementing the team effort as well as handling psychological preparedness in a collaboration between external trainers and internal consultants in HR. That is why the Norwegian Food Agency encouragesyrelsen suppliers in the market to enter into a dialogue about the tender.
