Products or services: Email service providers The Illustrious Municipality of Chiguayante, through the Health Directorate, is calling for public bidding for the “INSTITUTIONAL MAIL SERVICE AND DATA STORAGE”, by virtue of the continuity of ICT services under the domain DASCHIGUAYANTE.CL, which is necessary to maintain, to ensure the correct use of institutional emails, cloud storage applications, videoconferencing services, among others. applications currently hosted on the “Amazon” DNS server, used since 2019 in this Health Directorate. Due to the above, it requests the continuity of the Google “Workspace Business Standard” or Similar service for a total of 170 user licenses for administration of institutional emails, Google Drive cloud, docs, video meet, associated with the domain daschiguayante.cl for a period of 12 months. By virtue of the above, suppliers of the sector who are registered on the Public Market portal to contract said requirement according to the conditions expressed below. The basis for this service is contained in the Internal Order Request NO60 dated April 15, 2026, the supporting documentation and accompanying technical specifications.
