Currently, the strategic priority of the Ministry of Education (MINED) focuses on the continuous improvement of the quality of learning and on strengthening institutional capacities to monitor, evaluate and design pedagogical policies based on scientific evidence and verifiable data. In this development framework, the MINED, in coordination with the World Alliance for Education (GPE) and UNICEF, implement the System Capacity Grant. This initiative seeks to optimize diagnostic and formative evaluation tools throughout the national territory. As part of this initiative, the MINED will carry out a national assessment of learning in a representative sample of 725 educational centers selected nationwide. The results will allow measuring student learning achievements, identifying educational gaps and generating reliable information to guide strategies to improve educational quality. The process required to carry out the Evaluation requires guaranteeing the security and confidentiality of the evaluation instruments, efficient logistics for the distribution and collection of materials throughout the country, and precise processing of information through digitization and typing processes that ensure the quality of the data obtained.
