Dear Madam/Sir, United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) wishes to procure the above-mentioned services through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite your organization to submit technical and financial proposals as outlined in this request for proposal and the terms of reference attached. The objective of this contract is to seek for Institutional Consultancy service for Developing an Advocacy Paper of How Renewable Energy Sector Contributes to Sustainable Development for Children in China and in Africa. The deadline for submitting your proposals is 10:20am, 24 June 2025. Your proposals are preferably submitted by e-mail to chinabid@unicef.org (no other recipients should be "cc" or "bcc" in your e-mail submission) with LRPS number in the subject line. Two e-mail submissions are mandatory, one for technical proposal with subject line written as LRPS-2025- 9197714 Technical Proposal, the other one for commercial, as LRPS-2025-9197714 Commercial Proposal. !! It is mandatory to send the signed "request for proposal for services form and declaration form" on page 3-5 of the tender document along with the Technical proposal email. !!
