Respected, The office of UNICEF Skopje is publishing this solicitation requiring consultancy to conduct analysis on innovative financing and mechanisms for expansion of ECEC (Early childhood education and care), including sustainable support for inclusion of Roma children and children with disabilities.The deadline for applications is July 15, 2025, 17:00 hrs. Interested bidders can submit their applications in the following manner:• Technical proposal to be sent ONLY to the following e-mail address: skopje@unicef.org no later than July 15, 2025.• Financial proposal and completed LRFP form to be sent ONLY to the following e-mail address: zantonoski@unicef.org no later than July 15, 2025.The financial proposal should include all expenses as applicable to the assignment, including travel, accommodation, per diems, and other logistical costs.For companies/institutions registered in North Macedonia: The financial proposal should be quoted in Macedonian Denars, without VAT.For international companies/institutions: The financial proposal should be quoted in US Dollars.Any questions regarding the Request for Proposals should be sent in writing to anikolov@unicef.org and zantonoski@unicef.org no later than July 10, 2025.
