This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W9127Q-24-R-0008 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03 Effective 23 February 2024 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) updated 15 February 2023. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238210 with a small business size standard of $19.0 (millions of dollars). PSC is N099. The Government intends to make an award of a Firm Fixed Price purchase order. This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified sellers may submit Quotes.1. Scope of Requirement:

The MSARNG Field Maintenance Shop #4, Gulfport, MS is requesting instillation of twelve (12) BAF Pivot Fans to aid in temperature control for these various warehouses located on Hewes Ave in Gulfport, MS. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to install wall mount industrial fans and ensure proper function of all fans as defined in this Statement of Work (PWS/SOW) and manufacturer-s instructions.
