② Have Grade A, B, C or D in "Provision of services" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2024, 2025, 2026.

③ Not come under nomination suspension by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.

④ Not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned.

⑤ Satisfy all important matters an order person sets.
