1) The Local Government Unit of Tinambac, through the Municipal Development Fund (20% MDF) - FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Nineteen Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Seven Pesos & Thirty One Centavos (₱519, 877.31) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation/Improvement of Street Lighting System at Brgy. Caloco, Tinambac, Camarines Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
