The subject of the order is major repairs, current repairs and maintenance in the installation industry in 2026 in the scope of removing damage, carrying out ad hoc inspections of the technical condition and securing failures of water and sewage, heating and central heating devices and installations, gas, heating stations of all types, local boiler rooms, including gas and hydrophore plants in municipal buildings and premises administered by the Municipal Housing Authority in Łódź, as well as private real estate and WSP, divided into 5 parts. Part No. 1: Works provided in properties constituting the resources of: the Northern Tenant Service Area and the RON External Resource in the Bauty district in Łódź. The detailed scope of activities is specified in the bill of quantities constituting Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ and the draft contract. List real estate covered by the service constitutes Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.
