Invitation to Bid for the INSTALLATION OF WIDE SIREN
1. The LGU-Catarman Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), through the 5% Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Fifty Seven Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Six Pesos & 04/100 (P457, 686.04) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the INSTALLATION OF WIDE SIREN with Project Identification Number CATCAM- 2026-13. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU-Catarman Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed ABC of this project from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
