INSTALLATION OF WELCOME SIGNAGE
1.The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF PALGUYOD, POZORRUBIO, PANGASINAN through the Supplemental Budget No.01 intends to apply the sum of Seventy Thousand Pesos (Php 70, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Installation of Welcome Signage of Barangay Palguyod Pozorrubio, Pangasinan and P.R. No. 2026-06-025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The BARANGAY GOVERNMENT OF PALGUYOD, POZORRUBIO, PANGASINAN now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 10 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction of Bidders).
3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
