The Barangay Batia, through the annual Appropriation 2026, is to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED TEN THOUSAND PESOS (310, 000.00), being the approved budget for the contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for the INSTALLATION OF WATER SYSTEM FOR DAYCARE CENTER PHASE 1, B, ST. MARTHA, MOTORPOOL, AND HEALTH CENTER with project/contract number 2026-010. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Batia now invites bids for the INSTALLATION OF WATER SYSTEM FOR DAYCARE CENTER PHASE 1B, ST. MARTHA, MOTORPOOL, AND HEALTH CENTER. The delivery is required within 21 days of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed, within one year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II—instructions to bidders.
