INVITATION TO BID FOR INSTALLATION OF TWO (2) UNIT OUTDOOR P5 FIXED LED LIGHT DISPLAY
1. The Municipal Government of Candelaria, Zambales, through the Supplemental Budget No. 1 of Twenty Percent (20%) Development Fund for CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Four Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php. 4, 480, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of Two (2) Unit Outdoor P5 Fixed LED Display. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Candelaria, Zambales now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Sixty (60) calendar days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
