Installation of Thermoses for Health Centers of the The purpose of this bidding process is to contract the supply and installation of Domestic Hot Water production systems, using electric water heaters, in five 5 establishments. health of the Pudahuel commune: CESFAM Cardenal Raúl Silva Henríquez, CECOSF Padre Félix, CECOSF Río Claro, CESFAM Gustavo Molina and CESFAM Pudahuel Poniente. The purpose of the contract is to improve the sanitary and operational conditions of bathrooms, showers, dressing rooms, clinical procedure rooms and other rooms intended for use by staff, ensuring the availability of hot water for the proper functioning of the establishments and compliance with hygiene and safety standards, in accordance with the Technical Specifications, these Administrative Bases and Plans. The contract signed with the successful bidder will be for a lump sum, in Chilean pesos, without readjustment or interest, taxes included, and payment will be made through periodic payment statements in national currency. Notwithstanding the above, some items may be subject to unit price values, which will be expressly detailed in this document. If items are not detailed at price values unitary, it will be understood that there are none. It will be the contractor's obligation to provide, in a timely and complete manner, all the technical and administrative documentation and permits required by current regulations that are necessary for the correct reception of the work.
