Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : • The Tenderer shall have valid and up-to-date trade license.• The Tenderer shall have valid and up-to-date VAT & TAx certificate.• The Tenderer shall have valid and up-to-date TIN and BIN number.• The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Flap Barrier/Access Control System as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years.• The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Flap Barrier/Access Control System of at least 01(One) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 35, 50, 000.00 (Thirty Five Lakh Fifty Thousand).• The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 40, 50, 000.00 (Forty Lakh Fifty Thousand).• The Tender Validity period shall be 90 (Ninety) days.• The amount of the Tender Security shall be 1, 30, 000.00 (One Lakh Thirty Thousand) in favour of Jalalabad Gas Transmission & Distribution System Ltd.Detailed terms & conditions are given in tender document.
