1) The Barangay Sabang, Lipa City -LGU through the Supplemental Budget 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred One Thousand Pesos (Php801, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of Surveillance Camera (CCTV). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
