Description : 1) The Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA), through the BCDA 2026 Corporate Funds intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Nine Million Two Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand One Hundred Thirty-One Pesos and 26/100 (PhP29, 233, 131.26) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Bidding for the Installation of Streetlights at SCTEX Spur Road (the “Project”). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The BCDA, now invites bids for the Installation of 120W Streetlights, consisting of 56 units of double arm and 24 units of single arm. Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Fifty (150) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
