Invitation to Bid for Installation of Streetlights
1. The Barangay Sabang, Lipa City -LGU through the 20% Development of Barangay Budget 2026 & Supplemental Budget 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php1, 200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of Streetlights Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay Sabang, Lipa City - LGU now invites bids for Installation of Streetlights Completion of the Works is required within 25 calendar days Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in (ITB).
3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”....
