The Barangay Government of Sideg, Paoay, Ilocos Norte through the 20% Barangay Development Fund from CY 2025 & 2026, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (Php 240, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the INSTALLATION OF STREETLIGHTS under ITB No. INFRA-2026-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1.The Barangay Government of Sideg, Paoay, Ilocos Norte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within five (5) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
