1. The BLGU-Poblacion, through the 20% Barangay Development Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (PhP 2, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for INSTALLATION OF STREETLIGHTS with PR# 2026-054. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BLGU-Poblacion now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Delivery of the Goods is required Within Seven (7) Calendar Days from receipt of the approved Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
