Description : Nvitation to Bid for the Installation of Street Light at Zone 6, Namabbalan Sur, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan
1.The Barangay Namabbalan Sur, through the 20% DF CY 2026 intends to apply the sum ofThree Hundred Seventy Three Thousand Three Hundred Fourteen Pesos(P373, 314.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of Streetlight at Zone 6, Namabblan Sur, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan-C-2026-04-001. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Barangay Namabbalan Sur, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works requires 60 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
