INSTALLATION OF STREET SIGNAGE with SOLAR LAMP
1. The SANGGUNIANG KABATAN OF BARANGAY DISTRICT IV, PASTRANA, LEYTE through the ABYIP 2026, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Pesos only (₱ 165, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Installation of Street Signage with Solar Lamp Bids received in excess the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
1. The SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY DISTRICT IV, PASTRANA, LEYTE now invites bids for the above Procurement Project, in accordance with the provisions under Appendix 31 of the 2026 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Installation of Street Signage with Solar Lamp, must be delivered within Thirty (30) Calendar Days.
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using non- discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. ...
