INVITATION TO BID FOR INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS TO VARIOUS BANRANGAYS (BRIGHTER GINGOOG) UNDER PURCHASE REQUEST NUMBER 20-2026-03-0590
1. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND 2026 approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum of Seventeen Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-One Pesos and 72/100 Only (PhP 17, 999, 981.72) for being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
