Description : INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREETLIGHTS AT PUROK 1, II, III, IV, Barangay Liwa-liwa Bolinao Pangasinan

1. The Municipality of Bolinao of Barangay Liwa-liwa through the 20% Development Fund FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of two hundred thousand pesos only. (Php 200, 000.00) being the approved budget for the contract (ABC) for payments under the contract for the installation of solar street lights at Purok I, II, III & IV. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184
3. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Barangay Liwa-liwa and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
4. The Municipality of Bolinao of Barangay Liwa-liwa will not hold a pre-bid conference.
