Description : 1) The Local Government Unit of Cabusao, through the Annual Budget 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Pesos (₱1, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of Solar Streetlights @ Biong (phase-3) (LUPAD CABUSAO-2026-003). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Cabusao now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within twenty (20) calendar days upon issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
