1.The LGU of Barangay Pacpaco, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Fifty Three Pesos (Php 149, 053.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of Solar Streetlights/BRGYMANG-03
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The LGU of Barangay Mangandingay, now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works should be within Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders must have at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
