The Local Government Unit of Barangay Patong, Municipality of Pastrana, intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand, Four Hundred Fourty-Three Pesos and Sixty Centavos Only (Php 294, 443.60) being the approved Budget for the Contact (ABC) payment under the contract for the Installation of Solar Streetlights
Bids received the excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening Bidding will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding procedure using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as "Government Procurement Act".
