1) The Local Government of Pontevedra, Capiz, through the Continuing 20% NTA Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos Only (₱ 5, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Negotiated Procurement (2 Failed Biddings): Installation of Solar Streetlights at Brgy. Ilawod & Tacas, Pontevedra, Capiz. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government of Pontevedra, Capiz now invites bids for Installation of 54-units Solar Streetlights. Completion of the Works is required 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
