The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY MISIBIS, TIWI, ALBAY, THROUGH 20%MUNICIPAL DEVELOPMENT FUNDS LGU ASSISTED PROJECT TO BARANGAY, intends to apply the sum of NINETY FIVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED TEN PESOS ONLY (PHP 95, 910.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREETLIGHTS BARANGAY MISIBIS TIWI, ALBAY.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
