Description : 1. The Barangay Naghalin, Kananga, Leyte, through the 70% DRRM FUND intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Eight Pesos & 19/100 Only (Php.157, 848.19) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Installation of Solar Street Lights @ Sitio Canlutao of Brgy. Naghalin, Kananga, Leyte Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.The Barangay Naghlain, Kananga, Leyte, now invites bids for Installation of Solar Street Lights @ Sitio Canlutao of Brgy. Naghalin, Kananga . Leyte . Completion of the Works is required Twelve (12) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”
