INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS
1. The Municipal Government of Datu Unsay, through the Budget for the contract appoved by the Sangguniang Bayan for Calendar Year 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED SIXTY-THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED FIFTY FOUR PESOS [Php 2, 763, 254.00] being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for LGU-DU-03-2026-03INF. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Datu Unsay now invites bids for the Construction of Children Park to be located at Barangay Meta, Datu Unsay, Maguindanao del Sur. Completion of the Works is required [90 Days]. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents.
