Invitation to Bid for the Installation of Solar Street Lights at Public Marekt
1. The Local Government Unit of Buug, through the General Fund 2024 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Four Pesos & 39 /100 only(499, 864.39) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Installation of Solar Street Lights at Public Market. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Buug now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 calendar days, Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
