Invitation to Bid for Installation of Solar Street Lights
1) The LGU-Cabucgayan, through the 2026 LGSF-GEF intends to apply the sum of P 25, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of Solar Street Lights / Project ID No. 2026-CAB-I-017. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU-Cabucgayan now invites bids for Installation of Solar Street Lights located at Brgy. Balaquid, Looc, Esperanza, Casiawan, Caanibongan, Bunga, Baso, Pawikan, Langgao & Salawad, Cabucgayan, Biliran. Completion of the Works is required 150 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instruction to Bidders.
