SEALED BIDS plainly marked INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS with approved budget contract ONE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHT PESOS ONLY( PHP 199, 408.00) will be receive on or before MAY 12, 2026 - 9:00 AM at the San Antonio Barangay Hall, San Antonio Victoria Oriental Mindoro of prospects bidder and his duly authorized representative subject to the following terms and conditions:
1.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria as specified in the Implementing Rules (IRR) of Republic Act(RA) No.9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Act”.
2.Proposals shall be made in the forms to be provided by the Barangay San Antonio for the purpose, Erasures and/or alterations are not allowed.
3.Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security equivalent to FIVE (2%) of the total bid price in cash or managers check payable to Barangay San Antonio.
