INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS
Barangay Masi, Rizal, Cagayan intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FORTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (145, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS from 20% Barangay Development Fund CY 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
Barangay Masi, Rizal, Cagayan now invites bids for the INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTS. Completion of Project is [30 days]. Bidders should have completed, within the last two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
The Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/Fail” criteria as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of R.A. 9184 known as the Government Procurement Reform Act of 2009.
