INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHTING
1) The LGU-TOMAS OPPUS, through the Trust Fund LGSD-GEF FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twenty Four Million, Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand, Seven Hundred Forty Three Pesos and 50/100 and 30/100 (P 24, 999, 743.50 ) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of Solar Street Lighting. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU-TOMAS OPPUS now invites bids for the Installation of Solar Street Lighting. Completion of the Works is required One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within [insert relevant period] from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
