1) The Local Government Unit of Guiuan, Eastern Samar, through General Fund-Capital Outlay to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the INSTALLATION OF SOLAR STREET LIGHT AT BRGY. MAYANA, GUIUAN, EASTERN SAMAR, INFRA 2026-07-03. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
